Seascape Villas 1 (Villa Esplanade) is a beach-front villa with 3 bedrooms and 3 ½ baths. The second floor Master bedroom has a king bed and a balcony with a direct view of the sea. The second and third bedrooms have Twin beds that easily convert into Kings and porches that open directly onto the beach. The villa has a full gourmet kitchen fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and an open counter that overlooks the dining area, great room and front porch. All have direct views of the beach. Villa Esplanade is fully stocked with cooking utensils, dishes, linens, etc. The Villa features air conditioning, cable TV, WIFI, games and books for your entertainment. Freshwater pool, lounge chairs, umbrellas, sea kayaks, bikes and tennis court are all part of the Seascape Villas amenities available to Villa Esplanade guests.
Located just north of San Pedro Town the Villa is close to many attractions and a short walk down the beach to other resorts where there are restaurants and bars. Take a Golf Cart (the preferred mode of transport on the island) and the whole island is opened up. we are a 15 minute ride to the famous Secret Beach action spot and also 15 minutes from the center of San Pedro and the many shops and restaurants.
Finally, we have a Concierge that can book any manner of tours, dive trips and other water adventures for guests.

All reservations are to be paid in full a minimum of 30 days prior to arrival and a 50% deposit on all bookings is required at time of booking the reservation.
