Villa Serenity is in a beach front community that maintains a commitment to service and to ensuring that our guests get the most out of their Belize vacation experience. We maintain a full time Concierge to help plan outings and excursions as well as a maintenance staff to keep all systems working during a guests stay. Private and secure, the Villa Serenity vacation we offer is a home away from home where a guest can stroll the beach and truly experience what life on the Caye is like.

Villa Serenity is a spacious luxury private residence with stunning beach views, huge vaulted ceilings, native wood cabinetry and patios over looking the beach and pool. The Villa has 3 bedrooms and 3 and half bathrooms and is built for comfort and relaxation.

The Villa is fully appointed with a full kitchen, Air Conditioning in all rooms and all modern amenities, hot and cold water, cable TV and more. The Villa is part of Seascape Villas, a residential community with a full time Concierge and maintenance staff.

Our location at 3.5 miles from town gives us the advantage of being a short Golf Cart drive from the bustle of San Pedro as well as close to Secret Beach, the popular beach destination that has developed on the west side of the island. But, we are far enough away that nothing intrudes on the quiet serenity of the sea breezes and sound of the surf.

The Caye is a gourmet's paradise with plenty of restaurants and bars close by, many a short walk down the beach or a short Golf Cart drive away. Native Belizean food, American fusion, Asian, we have it all!

Finally, if you just want to be catered to we can arrange for private chef services to prepare the meal of your choice right in your Villa.

All reservations are to be paid in full prior to arrival. See Cancellation Policy for refund schedule. At the discretion of management credit can be given for a future stay in lieu of a refund if a stay was cancelled due to circumstances beyond the control of the guest. Management reserves the right to decide on a case by case basis.

Early check outs will not automatically result in a refund of unused nights and management reserves the sole right to determine if and how unused nights will be handled. Extensions to stays, while always welcome are not always possible and extensions are not automatically granted.

All bookings are assumed to be made by guests that have the legal ability to enter into a booking agreement with the property and the property bears no liability for bookings made by persons who are not of legal age to enter into a booking contract.

All disputes and grievances that may arise out of any booking are all subject to, and governed by the laws of Belize and any dispute will be adjudicated in the Belizean courts.
